 When there is an error creating the dashboard blog, the error object is
 saved to the sitemeta as the dashboard blog id:

 "O:8:"WP_Error":2:{s:6:"errors";a:1:{s:10:"blog_taken";a:1:{i:0;s:20:"Blog
 already exists.";}}s:10:"error_data";a:0:{}}"

 This results in a fatal error on the main blog of the site (or possible
 all blogs on the site).
