Comment:

 [1995]  fixes the problem for WordPress MU, but it looks like it would
 also be a problem for WordPress?

 I compared wp-includes/kses.php in WPMU and WP, and the title attribute
 doesn't seem to be allowed in WordPress.

 Perhaps a bug needs to be raised there as well?

 I suspect it isn't currently a problem in WP because in WP, editors and
 admins have the unfiltered_html capability (similar to
 http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/10563).
