 When you insert an image into a post, it has a title attribute attached,
 pulled from the Title: field in the media library. But as soon as you save
 the post it disappears.

 It seems that kses.php doesn't have "title" as an allowed attribute of the
 "img" tag.

 Using wpmu 2.8.5.2 logged in as site admin.

 This also affects importing posts.
