 I logged in as a regular user on my test server and was able to upload an
 image: http://test1.dashdotslash.org/2009/11/05/test-post/

 With this problem and the other one in #1148 I think something didn't
 upgrade properly, or your browser has cached an incorrect JS file.

 You could try upgrading manually, or doing a diff between the MU tarball
 and your site to see what core files are different.
