 Related to [http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/ticket/1142], this error occurs
 when a regular user with admin privileges on a shared blog attempts to
 modify a post originally authored by another blog user who's been removed.
 When clicking "Update Post," the resulting error says "You cannot make
 this user the post author." This occurs even when the "Post Author"
 dropdown on the Edit Post page is changed to the user ID of the person
 trying to make the change.
