 The "." is because SlidePress tries to guess the plugin's folder and uses
 that in the add_menu_page(). Obviously when it's in mu-plugins, the
 relative directory path is "."

 There is still a bug showing in the admin bar where the first item in the
 SlidePress menu is wrong.
