Comment (by webmaestro):

= Incorrect domain when using Donncha's WPMU Domain Mapping plugin =

''Please forgive me if this requires a *new* ticket.''

 When using the [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-
mapping/ Domain Mapping] plugin, the links use the Fully Qualified Domain
Name (FQDN) including the blog's original domain to create the Admin Bar
 links.

If a WPMU blog 'blog1' is hosted at http://blog1.mybloggingdomain.com, and
then the 'blog1' is Domain Mapped using Donncha's WPMU Domain Mapping to
become http://blog1.blog.someotherdomain.com, the WP-Admin links in the
Admin Bar still point to the old domain:

 '''Incorrect Admin Bar Menu link'''

 http://blog1.mybloggingdomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

 '''Correct link'''

 http://blog1.blog.someotherdomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

This takes the blog admin into a login/cookie issue loop (perhaps a
 different issue?).

 = Fix =

If the links were not FQDN links (what I call 'root-relative'--e.g., {{{<a
 href="/wp-admin/plugins.php">Plugins</a>}}}), the links would work
 correctly.

''NOTE:'' The Sidebar links work fine and do not include FQDN.
