 Added patch but I'm afraid it's still an issue on our installs.  We did
 try logging out and relogging back in. (Not sure if wp-super-cache would
 have any affect on the admin menus.)

 Using r1691 out of the 2.7 branch.  I do note that it;s with plugins that
 create their own main admin page.  Those that create sub pages are not
 affected.  For example, wp-shortstat create a subpage under the Dashboard
 and that works fine.  The Supporter plugin from premium.wpmudev.org adds a
 page link direct to the admin bar and that link is still broken.
