 This is an issue that needs to be brought up in the support forums, not
 the trac.

 Things to try though:

 - Turn off all of the plugins (easiest way to do that woul dbe to rename
 the plugins and mu-plugins subdirectories) and try to sign up.  If it
 works, you know one of the plugins is the cause of the problem.

 - Check to see if the server you;re on has a mail server installed and
 working.  Also verify that php is set up and allowed to send email.
 Please don;t assume.  Please actually check.  A lot of hosts turn off php
 mailing as they think it'll cut down spamming.

 - Did it work before you added in all of plugins and addons?  Please
 remember that you should be testing and checking at every step.   Just
 dumping all that you can into an install sets you up for problems like
 these.

 - Please check the mail server's error and regular logs.  Please see if
 anything appears in either.

 - If you;re going to list plugins, which is a good idea, don't describe
 them but provide a link to the plugins homepage.  There are at least 6
 "Twitter for Wordpress" plugins that I know of.  Without knowing which one
 you;re talking about, it does little to help.

 When you visit the forums, please make sure you've including the
 information asked for in the debugging page linked to from the readme:

 You may want to also search the forums for such terms like 'not sending
 emails' as if that's an easy way to see if folks have had the problem
 previously and what they did to solve it.
