 Currently the "Add a new user" to a blog section reads:

   As you type WordPress will offer you a choice of usernames.
   Click them to select and hit ''Update Options''to add the user.

 That doesn't work, and it'd be like 10 times easier if this just were a
 dropdown... That would also make it easier to add the user, instead of
 having to do a query to find the ID belonging to the username.
