 wpmu-upgrade-site.php requires that the server can connect back to itself
 and if it can't you just get an error message. Instead (or as well as the
 error msg) it would be useful to display a set of links so that the user
 can easily manually go through to upgrade.php on each blog instance, e.g.

 blog1 - [blog1.x.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php]
 blog2 - [blog2.x.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php]
 etc.
