Comment:

 It looks like you PHP memory_limit is set to 32M.

 Try setting it to something higher (eg 64M) as per
 http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-
 config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

 WP 2.8.1 contained a fix to reduce the memory usage of the dashboard, so
 its strange that you're seeing this error.
