 I am not sure how to document this, but I will do my best. When using a
 plugin that requires entering pseudo code into a post's or pages's visual
 editor, the pseudo code does not get parsed. This happens when using the
 visual editor or by turning the visual editor off. Also, when saving data
 in the Site Admin > Options pages, when entering something like


 {{{
 <a href="/admin">
 }}}


 It gets saved to the database but returns as


 {{{
 <a href=\\\"/admin\\\">
 }}}
