Comment:

 The attached patch uses similar logic to that in wpmu-blogs.php.

 It caters for wp_users records that are deleted or marked as spam.

 It will display spam user entries with a color of #faa, and deleted users
 with a colour of #f55 (the same as wpmu-blogs.php).

 wpmu-blogs.php also caters for an archived status, but as far as I can
 tell, a user can't be archived like a blog can.
