 The capabilities.php change should happen in WordPress core first? It seem
 that file is out of sync in bbpress and core WP.

 I think a "hack" to support both would be to change switch_to_blog() to
 check which function exists, init() or construct(). I'd rather not go
 touching yet another core file.
