 Sorry about not being very clear above; the code above is what wordpress
 should add into the `Web.config` file when updating/writing the rewrite
 rules on IIS7.

 The second bit of code only replaces rules number 2 and 3 in the first
 bit.

 Those 7 rules are the ms rewrite equivalent to the default .htaccess rules
 in wpmu 2.7.1.

 I'm afraid I won't have time to provide one any time soon... Sorry. I'll
 gladly help with testing though!
