Comment:

 As far as I can see from looking at the code ([/browser/trunk/wp-
 includes/rewrite.php#L1718 WP_Rewrite::iis7_url_rewrite_rules] the
 generation of rewrite rules (web.config file) is not working properly yet
 in the mu 2.8.1 beta version released yesterday...
