 Not sure how to create the patch but I have added an attachment with the
 changed and new files. I have added a *-rtl.css file for each theme which
 is loaded when text_direction is set to 'rtl'.

 Also I have removed the call to the load_plugin_textdomain function and
 fixed the translation functions call.

 These changes resolve ticket #884 as well.

 Tested on a development version of WPMU 2.7 Hebrew.
