 Actually the index.php was deleted out of those directories a few versions
 ago.  See #673 for details.

 Try removing those files as noted and close this ticket is the issue has
 been resolved.

 You may also want to look at tickets #814 and #881 for additional details.

 Leaving as new but probably should be marked as invalid.
