 Like WordPress.com, you should see the admin bar on all blogs on the
 network when you're logged in. Currently it only shows it on blogs you are
 a user of. It should probably also list all of your own blogs with the
 links to each dashboard.

 This has been on my todo list for a very, very long time and I kept
 putting it off due to my only mediocre knowledge of the WPMU-specific
 functions. However now with my plugin being forked into the WPMU core, I
 can pass off the baton for WPMU-specific stuff. :P

 Still glad to help, but someone more knowledgeable with the WPMU internals
 should probably at least provide ideas for how it should work.
