Comment:

 This is most likely because you have an index.php file in wp-
 content/plugins/ or wp-content/mu-plugins/.

 If you delete the file from there then the Dashboard link should work
 correctly.

 (This is a [http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/6478 known WP issue] that has
 been present for some time).
