 This would be a option, but we are only providing the translation file and
 not a distribution. We could make an api at wpmu.de, like http://wpmu-
 tutorials.de/wp-content/mu-version.xml for our update monitor, and the
 mu.wp.org api load it from there. This would be affect all installations.
