 Tweaks the storage space area within the 'Right Now' widget on the
 dashboard to bring it in line with 2.7 changes.

 a) Restyles to be similar to the post/comment/tag layout at the top of the
 widget.

 b) Colors the "space used" area in green (less than 40% used), orange
 (less then 70%, more than 40%) or red (70% or more) based on the
 percentage of space the user has used.

 As a minor side note, it also reformatted the code for displaying the used
 size and percentage a bit. Originally it was throwing an extra space
 between the ( and the start of the percentage value. Example: ( 15%).
