 If the only reason for this patch is logical separation of different wpmu
 functions then I don't think it is worth the effort - it would add 4 extra
 includes that we could live without.

 On the other hand if you managed to only load 1-2 of the 4 files it might
 just help performance a tiny bit.

 Is it worth the effort? wpmu-functions is relatively small..
