 Similar patch has been applied to plugins.php in
 [http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/changeset/1573#file63 r1573] for
 add_option_whitelist() and this time it's remove_option_whitelist()

 Please verify it has no unwanted side effects and it can be marked as
 fixed.
