 I think this patch needs some more testing. I know I found one bug and
 just haven't had a chance to post it yet. And, unfortunately, I can't
 access the code until tomorrow. (The gist is that you have to make sure
 that wp_rewrite exists, or it throws an error on some pages.) I'll post it
 tomorrow.
