 Sitewide plugins are broken in several different ways

 * [1800] had a typo, so if a sitewide-only sitewide plugin is deleted,
 it'll deactivate ALL your sitewide plugins
 * The above doesn't matter because non-sitewide-only sitewide plugins are
 ***never included***

 So, basically, BuddyPress works, but nothing else does. :-)

 I also fixed a spelling typo.
