Comment:

 I have not been able to recreate this. I attempted to recreate it on my
 2.8.4a test instance by:

 1) Going to an old post from April.
 2) Inserting an image from July into the April post.
 3) Publishing the post.

 Everything worked fine, so I'm not sure that I'm recreating it properly.
 All of my old posts seem to be working fine. Should I be using different
 steps to recreate the bug?
