 Hi, Just some more info on this. I have not installed any addons since the
 first error with this file when many people had the same problem upgrading
 to 2.8.2. This file was fixed by you when many of us had this problem the
 first time. Non of my addons or wordpress can upgrade because of this
 error. I also took away all of my addons and I still receive this error.
