 Added the stripslashes in [1922] but I'm not entirely happy with modifying
 the widgets file.

 Looking through kses.php I couldn't find anything obvious but editing a
 post doesn't add extra slashes and I presume it uses the same kses
 function. Leaving open for further comment.
