Comment:

 I managed to get the unfiltered_html error.

 The "$wp_roles->role_objects['administrator']" variable is supposed to be
 a WP_Role Object but for some reason it's set to the string "editor" when
 the error happens.

 Disabling the promote_* function makes the problem go away and it doesn't
 return.
