 Has this been fixed? I can't see the change in wpmu-functions.php:

 http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/browser/branches/2.8/wp-includes/wpmu-
 functions.php

 Without the fix, the unfiltered-mu plugin produces a fatal error. I've
 just change the file by hand and now it's working OK.
