 Tested "WP Security Scan" at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-
 security-scan/ which adds a top level link using add_menu_page() and if
 installed in wp-content/plugins and activated through the plugins page.

 Unfortunately, if that plugin is put in mu-plugins it fails because it
 tries to load it's files using a hardcoded wp-content/plugins/ path.
 That's not something MU can fix.
