 Currently at the trunk the admin bar style names in the admin bar settings
 page are not localizable.

 The reason is that the names of the styles of the admin bar are localized
 when the WPAdminBar class is initiated which is done after the plugins
 were loaded. The problem is that at this stage the load_default_textdomain
 function was not called yet and therefor there is no available translation
 file.

 A different possible issue with the admin bar is what localization should
 it use when the user surfs a page in a different language then his own?
