 When i install BuddyPress for example, that is a sitewide plugin, and
 switch it on as site wide plugin, it works

 when i delete the files dir included, the plugin name remain in the
 'active_sitewide_plugins' site option and blocks backend & frontend with
 require_once errors.

 So if a plugin is deleted, ( as normal wp plugins ) it should be
 deactivated gracefully and the 'active_sitewide_plugins' table should be
 cleaned up.

 It happen 2 time on 2 wpmu 2.7.1 (SVN) and BP (latest svn)
