 Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here so please excuse my
 ignorance in the development process.  However, I have used WPMU since it
 was in its v1.x days before the jump to v2.5, I believe there are some
 things that WPMU can use for a truly enhanced experience for the blog
 admins and their community. Of course the idea I've noticed is to keep it
 simple and not bloated, so I understand if the code is not implemented but
 I do appreciate the consideration.

 I have found that a great enhancement is to allow the "admin" to enable
 Custom CSS either blog by blog or globally. I have found the Custom CCS
 plugin ([http://rizapn.blogsome.com/2008/10/12/custom-css-plugin-for-
 wordpress-mu/])to be very useful and not bloated at all, however, I
 believe this feature would greatly improve the overall quality of WPMU.
