 wp-admin/wpmu-users.php?action=users&s=testing

 then click "Search Blogs: testing" above the results table. The link will
 be:
 wp-admin/wpmu-blogs.php?action=blogs&s=testing

 Notice it will always return all the blogs. That's because a normal blog
 search by name looks like this:
 wp-admin/wpmu-
 blogs.php?action=blogs&s=testing&blog_name=Search+blogs+by+name
