 Unfortunately it's hardcoded to '' to allow users to login when VHOST is
 enabled. We can't use the md5 of the current domain because the cookies
 for different blogs would be different then.

 Will bbpress work if, as you suggest the hash is calculated at install
 time? 'Course, that might cause problems for people who want to run more
 than one MU site on one install..
