 ability to delete the blog in question if you were getting rid of a
 secondary site.

 Hmmmm....

 How about not delete the main blog of a current site if other blogs exist
 pertaining to the blog in question.

 ie Don't allow MyMuSite.tld to be deleted if username.MyMuSite.tld exists?
