 Would it be possible to have the gravatar options at the bottom of
 options-discussion.php optional. Two possibilities:

 1) The ability to completely replace the avatar options (ideal)
 2) The ability to declare a default rating (thus hiding that option) and a
 filter on the text that begins with "By default WordPress uses"

 Would you be willing to allow either of those?
