 Adding in a blog via the form at Dashboard -> Site Admin -> Blogs with a
 single quote within the title gets saved with the escape mark.

 ie Dr. Mike's Test Blog out puts Dr. Mike\'s Test Blog when one looks at
 the blog.

 Going Dashboard -> Settings also shows this escaping although pulling the
 blog up via Dashboard -> Site Admin -> Blogs -> Edit Blog does not.

 Editing the blog at Dashboard -> Settings does fix the issue.
