Comment:

 Confirmed on [1216]

 mypatricks is talking about the variable Maximum size found in line 600 in
 the wp-admin/includes/template.php file.  It displays as zero in all of
 the importers.

 When one imports a file, at least with the movable type importer, it will
 take the file though.
