 as mentioned in my post on 14 febr. i am already running 1.3.3 (but thanks
 for the warning)

 about the error: the strange thing is that in bot the eShop plugin and YAK
 plugin, there is no call for current_user_can() that is causing this
 error. any suggestion why or how it can be that the function
 current_user_can() runs at all? and why it results in an error while both
 current_user_can() AND wp_get_current_user() are core WP functions and not
 at redefined in the plugins ...
