 Still trying to dig into this issue, but it looks like WPMU sub-directory
 authentication is having issues. Forgive me if this is a dupe.. I couldn't
 find a ticket.

 I've tested this on both a sub-domain and sub-directory test installation.
 Sub-domain seems fine, but in the sub-directory installations I am not
 able to log in to created sub-directory blog sites with the admin account
 or any other created account that has access.

 Accounts seem to have access to the root level blog fine based on access
 rights, but no user can access the backend for sub-directory blogs.

 I should also note that I have two test sites with this issue, one is a
 subdomain and the other is a fully qualified domain.
