 After talking with Donncha about it, I am opening this ticket.   Any new
 install I have using Rev 1328 or higher starts the install process fine
 and after submitting the information for install it brings me to a "No
 WPMU sites installed" error page.    This also occurs for me any any
 existing upgrade site past Rev 1327 as well.
