 After a rash of posts recently, it's pretty apparent that when MU is
 installed, the domain field isn't being parsed properly to ensure that
 it's a FQDN.

 The majority of posts lately have been having an IP instead, although
 there have been some where there was no extension (like: "localhost" or
 "mydomain", and not "localhost.loc" or "mydomain.com".
