Comment:

 It should also be made mention that the configuration setting
 (NOBLOGREDIRECT), when uncommented, does NOT actually disable the
 redirect. Instead, it will refer to whatever page its value is set to.

 It should probably be disabled entirely if set to '' and follow rewrite
 rules as non-MU does. This can also assist in cross compatibility with
 plugins.
