 Poking around, for whatever reason changing line 345 in Rev 1346 wp-
 settings.php to the same phrase in my wp-config.php seemed to fix the
 problem by defining $wp_default_secret_key on line 345.   Temp fix, but
 seemed to isolate the problem.
