Comment:

 When someone deletes their blog the db tables remain, but if they are
 deleted from the backend wpmu-blogs page the tables are deleted.

 A plugin to delete the tables of archived, self-deleted. deactivated or
 spam blogs would be useful, but it's probably safer if the base behaviour
 doesn't change.
