 Also, please note that jetable.org is part of my banned emails list, and
 I've checked the database to make sure it's in the correct format.  This
 means that there are really two checks that the code failed here:

 * When a user signs up, it's not good enough to simply remove the field
 that has the blog name--you must also not create a blog even if it's
 submitted via post.

 * Banned email check failed.
